These Terms of Service govern your use of SalesNovus, operated by Authentic Venture Sdn Bhd.

By creating an account or using SalesNovus, you agree to these Terms.

1. About SalesNovus

SalesNovus is a business growth platform providing tools and services including:

• Business directories
• Product and service listings
• Supplier and customer discovery
• Lead generation
• Marketing campaigns
• Email and WhatsApp communication
• CRM and sales pipeline management
• Business opportunities
• Business forums
• Learning resources
• AI-assisted sales and marketing tools

2. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activities performed through your account

You must not create an account using false or misleading information.

3. Business Information

You may submit company, product, service and other business information to SalesNovus.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to submit the information
• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the necessary rights to publish submitted materials
• You will not knowingly submit misleading information

4. Marketing and Lead Generation

Users may use SalesNovus to identify potential customers and conduct marketing and sales activities.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns and communications comply with applicable laws, regulations and third-party platform policies.

Users must not use SalesNovus for:

• Spam
• Fraud
• Phishing
• Harassment
• Deceptive marketing
• Unlawful solicitation
• Distribution of malicious content
• Activities that violate applicable law

5. Email and WhatsApp

Where SalesNovus provides automated communication features, users are responsible for the content and recipients of their communications.

Users must ensure that they have an appropriate basis to contact recipients and must respect applicable opt-out and do-not-contact requests.

SalesNovus may suspend communication functionality where misuse, abuse, excessive complaints or policy violations are detected.

6. AI Services

SalesNovus may use AI to generate recommendations, content, lead information, classifications, scores and other outputs.

AI output may contain errors.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it for important business decisions.

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit to SalesNovus, subject to the rights necessary for SalesNovus to operate the service.

By submitting content, you grant SalesNovus the necessary rights to store, process, display and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Public Listings

Information submitted for publication in the SalesNovus directory or Product Portal may be publicly visible.

SalesNovus may remove or restrict content that is:

• Inaccurate
• Misleading
• Offensive
• Illegal
• Infringing
• Spam
• Inappropriate for the platform

9. Third-Party Services

SalesNovus may integrate with third-party services including email, messaging, payment, AI, cloud and other technology providers.

Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Fees and Paid Services

Certain SalesNovus functions may be offered free of charge while other functions may require payment.

Applicable fees, usage limits and subscription conditions will be presented before purchase.

SalesNovus may change pricing or service plans subject to applicable terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

SalesNovus may suspend or terminate an account where necessary to:

13. Limitation of Responsibility

SalesNovus provides tools to assist users with marketing, sales and business activities.

SalesNovus does not guarantee:

• That a lead will become a customer
• That a prospect will respond
• That information obtained through the platform will always be accurate
• That a campaign will achieve a particular result
• That AI recommendations will always be correct

Users remain responsible for their business decisions and communications.

14. Intellectual Property

The SalesNovus platform, software, design, trademarks, logos and other proprietary materials remain the property of Authentic Venture Sdn Bhd or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the platform except as permitted by law or with written permission.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on the SalesNovus website.
